I have a project that needs a continuous data acquisition, monitoring and storing solution to be build in LabView. It requires initially four simple RS232 and one RS485 driver to be written. There is some documentation available on the driver protocol but it may need work on figuring out the exact wiring and commands back and forth. I am using an industrial type RS232 to USB converter (FTDI chip) and two of the devices are able to talk to the computer. The other two I have not yet luck. This includes the RS485 and the issue maybe correct wiring as the instructions are skimpy (German). The devices are a motor, a temp controller, a Alicat mass flow meter and pH Electrodes. A Windows 7 computer connected via USB with a machine, installed software is running on Windows 7, but the driver is not recognized. Driver needed (Hamamatsu C9254-01) is displayed under Device Manager, but there is an error. The drivers I have for this are Windows XP, 2000, WinVista. I also have the software that is installed. I am building an animated Halloween prop that will have lights, sound, and vibration. It will be triggered by a motion detector. I am unable to figure out how to configure the electronics of this simple prop because there is too much voltage drop between components. Input voltage is 5vdc (usb phone charger) and/or AA batteries (if multiple independent sources are needed). There are FOUR major components: (1) AM312 -or- HC-SR501 motion detector; (2) 5vdc LED strip; (3) Icstation Recordable Sound Module; and (4) two Mini Vibration Motors. Requirement is when we get an incoming call through a channel then Node Red identifies and takes over the call control. While Call forward and pre-recorded messages works fine however we are not able to get TTS based MP3 audio playback done via node red in asterisk. I have 9 x WAV and 1 x PDF files on a USB stick. These all bare my name, which can be proven via my driver licence. Trouble is I have forgotten the password. I need the files. I need someone local as the folder is too big to send digitally and I can't remove them from the locked, zipped folder to send separately. I have read on line this is possible using Hashcat but I am not computer savvy enough to do this. Can anyone help?
