The goal of this project is to gain some prac3cal experience in Android development and exercise your understanding of cellular and WiFi networks by measuring them. Our specific learning objectives include: • Getting familiar with the Android programming framework. • Implementing background services for Android. • Implementing network measurements using the Telephony and the Wifi Manager Android Apis. • Practicing technical code documentation. • Practicing teamwork.
