Steps: Install bottles / Wine / playonlinux Install the the tts into the bottle Use Balabolka to create a text .wav file example command: balcon -n Emily -t "The text will be read slowly." -s -5 -v 70 -w "d:Sound" put in docker (if possible) I would do this
