The import xml file for pell and the style sheet with of all the fields we need is attached. The vb code is below that generates the file. To run the program we launch a batch file in the c:xml folder on the local machines Usually it is just 3 lines of code to change in the below vb code each year. The style sheet hasn’t changed since 2011 but it looks like it has this year.
