Need to develop simple small 2 layers PCB (size 85,5x48mm) for interface board with relays. Inside board: 2 relays, 5 SOIC chips (18 legs/16 legs/6 legs/8legs/8 legs). Also some connectors and small SMD parts - like 4 diodes, 4 LEDs, some resistors+capacitors, etc... ...resistors+capacitors, etc... I have: 1) schema in JPG 2) precise BOM in XLS 3) precise dimensions of PCB with sizes, height limitation, mounting holes, and already selected places for most large and critical parts in PDF The task is to develop PCB for this small project and create all required GERBER files which will allow ordering PCB. The schematic is captured by OrCad, and Allegro netlist is generated. We have a schematic in Capture and its PCB design in LayoutPlus (using Orcad 10.3 & 15.7). The schematic has been updated and the PCB design has to be changed to reflect the change in the schematic. Footprints and pad sizes have to be updated on the PCB. PCB design itself needs to be optimized. The schematic consists of a 20 pin IC and two 8 pin ICs, 4 diodes, 4 Mosfets and a handful of resistors and capacitors. This project will have multiple iterations. The 1st iteration is mostly with through-hole parts, with spacing to allow ease of modification. The 2nd iteration will be for optimized PCB design for compactness.
