Gli utenti possono cercare libri in queste cinque biblioteche, effettuare il noleggio per un periodo definito e prenotare posti a sedere per lo studio. Grazie ad un sistema di notifiche, gli utenti vengono informati non appena un libro precedentemente non disponibile al quale erano interessati diventa nuovamente accessibile per la consultazione o il noleggio. La piattaforma supporta anche un servizio di donazione libri permettendo a studenti, utenti privati e aziende di contribuire al patrimonio librario delle biblioteche mediante la cessione di libri in donazione.
