I upgraded to Windows from 2019- 2022 to Windows 2025 I upgraded On Prem Exchange first and got errors in Exchange& Outlook. I upgraded one of my DC to 2025 and have more errors. Need to install 2025 on one more DC, (instal fails) or create new DC and then work through errors. Exchange not syncing with desktop Outlook. Emails are being received and sent on Mobile App.

Emails sent from my cPanel-hosted domain have suddenly stopped landing in Hotmail / Outlook inboxes. There is no listing on public black-hole services and Microsoft support insists the IP is not formally blocked, yet every message to @hotmail, @outlook and @live addresses is silently dropped.
