Hi, I have a code written by myself as part of my academic writing. It is a matrix creating code, very slow in running as the dimension of matrix increases. I want to improve the speed of the code. I am trying to vectorize the for loop by apply function, I am not sure whether the code speed increase with apply function . But not able to do it. So I need some one's help in changing it.
