Job to do: Create [login to view URL] project (with elements assembly) of electromagnetic field transmitter. It should produce strong electromagnetic field with desired frequencies (produced by external device) and desired power. It is NOT made for communications purpose. Note that it will have to transform DC from power supply to AC on coil output. Graphic scheme is attached as a file (elements placement can be changed). [login to view URL] order is on my side obviously. Device inputs: - power supply: 19.5V DC 6.15A (11.8A if necessary) - signal input: 1-60V AC, 1-5mA, 1Hz-1MHz, square wave - power rotary switch: regulate Amperes (A) inside magnetic coil to achieve 5-60W, step every 5W Device outputs: - red or green power on diode, when device is working - magnetic coil output: 10-20V AC, frequency exactly same as input signal, 5-60W Device will use external power supply: Power supply: 19.5V DC 6.15A (11.8A if necessary) Input signal: It will use external device (“zapper”, which I already have), which will produce desired frequencies: 1-60V AC, 1-5mA, 1Hz-1MHz, square wave. External device will provide different voltage depending on frequency. Example voltages: 1kHz will use 17-25V AC, 450kHz will use 1-40V AC (my electric meter can’t measure it correctly) as an input signal. External device should be secured by fuse or any other way, to prevent it from any damage. Magnetic coil: 2-10 meters of 40 wires flat cable AWG28 will be used as a magnetic coil, it will be plugged in to two 40pin IDC sockets. Wires in cable should use serial connection, so 10 meters cable will create one 400 meters long wire, which will have 120 Om (Ω) resistance, 2 meters cable will have 24 Om (Ω). To achieve this, cable should be connected by two 40pin IDC sockets in the way described in attached [login to view URL] file. Magnetic coil power: 10-20V (it’s up to You) AC (alternating current, to produce electromagnetic field), frequency exactly same as input signal (frequency is the most important value in whole project), adjustable power of 5-60W (step every 5W, You can use rotary switch with 11-12 steps, which should increase amperes (A) inside coil). PCB size: preferred 2 layers, 12x6cm, but You can modify it if it will be required, PCB should have mounting holes on each corner. Payment will be released after project will be assembled, delivered from [login to view URL] and tested, which will take about 5 working days (it took 5 days for delivery from [login to view URL], when I ordered last time, I used DHL). Of course it should work as intended. You should use only parts available on [login to view URL] library ([login to view URL]). Eventually You can use up to 3 parts unavailable on [login to view URL] (excluding vary small smd parts, which are hard to solder manually, also excluding parts unavailable to buy on internet), but only if it is absolutely necessary. This option might increase payment release delay, until I buy missing elements. You should make sure that none of the elements will overheat, please use radiators if necessary. Power draw form power supply, should be as low as possible, for example if I set power switch to 5W, power draw should be much lower then if it is set to 60W. If You will use any programmable part, then You should also add pins on pcb for programming. You should also provide required file to program. My programmer is Xgecu TL866II Plus, so You should choice chip, which will be supported by my programmer. Project errors, if found any, should be fixed without any additional fees. You should also help me fix any errors found after device is assembled, revealed while testing. [login to view URL] parts numbers to use: 40pin IDC sockets - C601944 power and signal input connector – C474956 My equipment available to use, if necessary: soldering iron, hot air, oscilloscope, electric meter, Xgecu TL866II Plus programmer.
