Please have the application force the reloading of the plist files before displaying the UiTableView to the user. Please use the following functionality: 1) IF no internet detected (or slow network), allow the user to bypass the "syncing." -IF the user bypasses the "syncing," then display the last completely loaded plist files. 2) IF the sync is successfull from the server, then reload any new plist files that are newer than their previously used file.
