I use JForex platform to trade currencies. I also use the Renko Chart feature of the platform. I need a simple indicator to alert me when a bar is closed (or new one opened) and separately if the Bar meets simple conditions.

here is a plug in in Dukascopy' s (a forex broker ) java based JForex platform. its name is "order gridplugin". If you want, You can see how it works by opening a demo account. it is embedded to platform. i don't have its code.
