Online flash photo book system in Flex

We need a flash system like in mixbook.com. Design must be same or better quality than mixbook system. All properties of the mixbook must be in our system. For deliverable project, source code must be in. in addtion to these, - the project language can be engish but it can be in a xml file so it can ve changeable. - the project must use ASP.NET and Adobe Flex . - An admin panel needed, to print out books, to add themes, layouts and sizes of the templates.
