Website transfer and change domain name and cleanup after transfer

Hello, We have a simple website transfer project. The project is to transfer a website to a new host, then change the website to a new domain name and fix all the url's, update to the latest Wordpress and fix all the plugins, after the transfer. The website is using Woocommerce and we have around 1000-1500 products. We will leave the old website at the old host after the transfer. We are not performing any design or theme changes in this project. Here are the tasks as we see them: 1. Transfer website to the new host. 2. Change the transferred website to new domain name. E.g. [login to view URL] change to newdomainname.com.au. 3. Update all external URL’s 4. Update all internal URL’s. 5. Update Wordpress (5.4.2) to the latest version. E.g 5.5.1. 6. Update PHP (7.3.6) to latest version. E.g. 7.4 7. Update and fix all plugins and fix any that need to be setup with accounts/subscriptions/api.
