I need a wordpress plugin development

I need a wordpress plugin. The plugin must write a blog post with gpt 3 API with only the post title given. The post pubblication must be automatic (i must be able to choose dayly/weekly/monthly and hour of publication) In the plugin setting page I must be able to: 1) write the title with fixed words and certains variables: day, month, year. 2) choose random author or fixed author for the post 3) to choose the number of words. Furthermore the blog post must be integrated with external content imported via simple html dom API. The plugin must have a file only for this API (html dom) so i can edit the code easly and choose the content to import.
