I think it might be a problem with the contact form and Pop-up plugins, which provides different action for users referred from different media or this might be a issue occurred while WP updates. I have 6+ years of Wordpress development experience. Most problems with any plugin are caused by updating Wordpress itself, or updating another plugin, causing a plugin to break, in this case your pop up plugin. Please send me the name of the popup plugin and I will check to see if it is still being supported. I can then advise you as to what to do.
