MySQL script - differential backup / data transfer

We currently have an internal MySQL database for an online file management system. This database is backed up to a Backup Tape every night. However, for maximum security, we need to create a "differential" or "incremental" backup to a second external MySQL database to hosting on a second server. We need someone to create the scripts for this to happen. Your tasks are as follows: 1. Take an incremental / differential backup of the MySQL database every 30 minutes 2. Send this backup to an external MySQL database. 3. Import the backup into the external MySQL database so that the database is updated with the backup data. 4. Send an email to multiple people (we should be able to change this when we need to), advising of a successful backup procedure every 30 minutes or advising that the backup procedure has failed. The "internal" MySQL database (from which the data will be copied) is on a Windows server. The online application which is using the MySQL database is a java application, running on Tomcat. The "external" MySQL database (where the backed up data should be uploaded to) will be on the Amazon Web Services cloud. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
