Wordpress website design for a student friendly website

We are a group of people seeking a website designer to help us design and develop a basic student friendly WordPress website. The purpose of the website is to have a one stop destination for student for all the informational needs around the university and to help them avoid the hassle of going through the research to get best possible accurate information. The website will have 6 main categories/sections on the landing page and subcategories on the individual pages with review and rating for the information available. The theme will be targeted to students and will include multiple colour palettes integrated into the design along with dummy images. The website will be mobile and pc usability integrated. The project will include only the designing of the layout on word press. We also would like to integrate a forum where the students can exchange comments/ ideas and serve as a notice board for other students. The website has 6 main categories plus a forum: About Us – Giving info about the website team Finance – This will include further categories like applying for a NI number, managing money and opening bank accounts Jobs – this will include links to part-time jobs, internships, campus jobs Recreation – This will ask for a location prompt first and then categories like nightclubs, food, pubs, salons, hobby classes etc. Wellbeing – This will include resources for managing mental health and overall wellbeing including NHS services info Accommodation & Hotels – this will include information about student halls and private residences Deadline for the project is 18th November 2022 and the maximum budget is £50.
