I am seeking a developer who has expertise in developing and supporting a job board website using the pay-per-click model similar to platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn. I have an existing job board that is already hosted. We need a couple of items completed to go live so I am looking for someone long term to provide ongoing upgrades and support that drive revenue such as, resume, Database development, Job aggregation, CPC management The Pay Per Click model is advertised based, rather than subscription based. Pay-per-click Another great way to incentivise employers and recruiters to post jobs is pay-per-click (PPC). The employer only pays when a job seeker clicks on the post, similar to Google Ads. The cost could be anywhere from 0.10 cents to $5. With a PPC job board, employers can customize their campaigns to reach only qualified candidates that fit their specific requirements. An example of PPC advertising in Total Jobs, as seen in the screenshot below. In this example, the word ‘Ad’ is beside the link to indicate its PPC. This is a great way to advertise jobs since you don’t have to worry about ranking low on search engines. This role should generate up to 20k per month based on market conditions and volume.
