We have a Magento website eCommerce store. It has come to my attention that the log in process is randomly not working. It works on some computers, and doesn't on others. It appears that we may be losing users because of this and it needs to be fixed quickly. When the log in doesn't work from the log in page it simply reloads the log in page. This page process is important as it works as part of the check out process and the "Make an Offer" option. PM for details.
