Divi Website Development and Logo - Hiring Now!

I need a WordPress website built, preferably with [login to view URL] website is for a new business that manufactures emergency fire helicopter equipment, they have one product they are releasing with more planned. I need a logo and I need a website, and need to start on it today. If you want to be considered, do not skip the ratings and questions below. Budget is $250. I have the lifetime license of divi and they're releasing a big update (v5.0) in a month or two that makes it a lot faster & stable to use, so I think it's a good choice.
