Additons to my wordpress website. Few changes and modifications.

A. It is understood that you will NOT outsource this project to another coder. Any deivation from that is a violation of our agreement. You must have the skills to perform the work yourself otherwise you will not bid on this. B. It is understood that I am looking for a long term relationship on this project and want a coder that can work with me over time. C. Please DO NOT Bid on this UNTIL you have reviewed the attached specification sheet. D. Once you have reviewed the specificatons please give me an estimate on how much it will cost to do the work specified. E. Please send me an hourly rate for continued work after this work has been done.
