A programmer has decide not to complete the transformation of our website to work with all types of devices. The website is complete but it isn’t mobile friendly (screen display, input boxes, banner etc) and will need the css files adapting whist keeping the original web page the same and for it to work on all types of devices. There are 10 web pages in total with 4 similar CSS files. I've had a look at the CSS files and I've noticed that many of the scripts are not being used , these must be removed. The web files are saved as classic asp to keep the filenames the same but the coding is standard html.
