Improvements needed Magento Live E-Commerce Website

We have a need for ongoing support of a new Magento e-commerce website that went live few weeks ago that has bugs that need to be fixed ASAP. Furthermore we need the design of the check out page to be improved and re-designed but along the way we will have more changes and improvements. Your ongoing work will be to support the website with any changes we need done, making sure the core version is kept up to date and the plugins remain compatible. There will also be ongoing content management and on page SEO requirements to be performed and improved. You will be guided by the digital marketing manager of the business. Communication through email and Skype. Outside of this basic requirement, your initial assignment will be to make some specific changes to make the site run faster, image optimisation and other items to make sure the site is at optimal speed. You are the expert when it comes to choosing plugins and components, but we do need you to follow our specific instructions for each task completed. The core objective of the site is to be easy to navigate, easy check out and have good strong SEO on all pages. We will want you to download the production site and create a staging site to implement the changes so we can properly verify and test all changes made. We will provide you with the staging area hosting environment. This first project will be based on a performance. Provided you meet expectations, then you will be welcomed to manage this website. We have set the hourly rate in the Basic range and you will need to be very good, with a good understanding of the english language, to be selected. You must be able to show previous Magento experience with e-commerce websites. This will be a simple project for someone who knows what they are doing.
