Hello, If I understood you correctly, You do have a page already (django) and want to redesign the whole page, disable right mouse button "save as.." option for IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari for music download. This doesn't sound to be complicated, it will depend on tools you use on your server side. I delivered a few years ago a media player for Czech Television and believe this will be similar issue.
