Website Designer and Programmer wanted for wordpress Site 2

Looking for a New Website to be Designed and then coded into Wordpress. Simple Site Site is for selling Youtube Views, FaceBook Fans, Twitter Followers We like this site and would like all the functionality of this site. Reference site is buyrealyoutubeviews dot com Our site should have all the functionality of the ref site but look unique and different. Colors Preferred are : Ivory white, blue and Silver. We need to be able to change any of the packages and prices ourselves using the WP CMS Also need a blog on it with auto picture resizing for pics in blog post Need Newsletter sign up Also if possible prefer to have a members area where they can see status of their project. ( Not necessary but if can be done cheap do it ) Paypal and Google Checkout Integration. Site Needs to be HTML 5 and w3C Compliant with no errors. Providers with Mockup and Low prices will be preferred. Also show us just 1 site you have done that is similar to our requirements We should be able to take the theme and change the name of the site ourselves for using the theme on multiple sites.
