Completed sales website plus ebook

We are looking for a freelancer or group of freelancers that can build completed sales websites plus a corresponding ebook for that website in a given niche. Niches would include blogging, getting traffic to your website, using twitter, facebook, etc (mostly in the Internet Marketing area). We want to be able to tell you the niche we are after, and you'd build us a nice looking website, create the content, logos, etc (web 2.0 a must!), create a reasonably informative ebook in Word and PDF format, create an affiliate page (listing out information affiliates can use to promote the product), etc. These are just basic HTML websites, no CMS desired. We've all seen the sites out there, and I am sure there are folks here on that can build them :-) This would be an ongoing project, you'd be paid per website created. We are looking to offer our current clients a "complete sales website package" each month. Plus, we may look to offer them their own unique website (ie: only sold to them), so there could be more opportunity there. I can send you example sites (mainly from a concept standpoint, not sites we want duplicated) of what we are after in the end.
