Video: Need 1,000 accounts, need 1million veiws to one video.

Hi All You must have exsperience in this field.... Correct me if im wrong in any of this! lol I have a new video for my site, and the last thing I have time for is to promote it. So what I need is Someone to take my video and make 1,000 youtube accounts and submit it (showing from all different IP addresses) with correct key word and my description. (same for all) Then I also need to target one video out of the bunch and send 1 million real veiws to it... (now here is where i need information) i would like real veiws, but is the point of the 1million veiws to bring up its ratings and allow more veiwers to see it? I would also like my video in the first page of google for a few selected key words... (If you can offer any awsome video advertising that I have not listed here then please do tell me... i can always make another project for something else) If you only want to bid on one of these things instead of all of them, then bid according to what you want and i can make other projects for the rest. I would prefere to get someone to do them all. Also you must must must know what you are doing and have alot of exsperience.... if you do not then DO NOT BID! THANKS
