This is the second time I am posting the project. The first attmept after 71 days of patience failed.
What is the project About
We have 4 files
File 1 baseline detailed schedule. Manually We added that Every row in file 1 is linked to 1-3 rows in file 2
File 2 Baseline session Schedule.
File 3 New detailed Schedule (Without the link to file 2)
File 4 mapping fields
file 5 New Session file
file 1,3 have as common link the key dicipline+gender+event+phase+Unit
file 1,2 have common but not unique key the Grey
file 2,4 have common the grey code.(1,2,3)
file 5, file 2 Sport code+date+starttime+endtime
Process
1. We have a new detailed schedule. File 1 and File 3 are compared All Links are moved to File 3 and changes are identified as change marked in a different collour. Use manually accepts step 1 and
2. Baseline Session Scedule changes are identified once compared with the new Scedule. Changes marked in a different colour
3. Field mappings get all changes from Baseline session scedule (file 2)
4. The new detailed scedule becomes Baseline scedule.
Please Make sure you read carefully the description you open the XL files, understand structure and you have the skills to do the project

I have read all your requirements and also checked the excel document. Your instructions are a bit confusing so i think it would be great if we separate all tasks and work on it individually. For example, we will start with the workflow between 1st(file1 details) and 2nd(file2 session) sheets and when you are satisfied, we will then proceed to the next step and so on. It will ensure the accuracy and it will also speedup the process. I think we can finish it with-in 2 days.
