Hello sir, I can help you by creating a costum video for the audio along with subtitles of what people are talking about in the video, i feel that it is the only way to best describe the conversations that happen in that audio file, other methods will not be able to do anything with that level of noise. Hello. I am a video editor from Ireland. I had a listen to it. Firstly I can make it sound much more audible but here is clipping and distortion on it, this means basically that the information is not there at these points. I would run through noise reduction, take out the clipping, take out the cracking and see what can be done about the ruffle bits. After that it will sound better and at that point I can work on the voice itself and start to normalize to get the volume up and a really good compressor should get those low parts of the voice up. I might also be able to do a short sample for you to show what can be done to clarify the audio. I have ProTools audio software and have worked with voice recording quite a bit. I have already done some basic treating of this audio recording and its already vastly improved from the original so theres no doubt i can finish this one effectively for you. As well as the other recording you posted.

Your audio files need spectral repair. This can be achieved only by professional and experienced sound engineer like me. I use a plugin called 'Izotope RX3' which is designed to solve issues like this. By awarding me this project you can be rest assured that you will recieve a clean, understandable and a audible audio file.

Hi, I have already done jobs like this, audio post-production work made of noise reduction, audio restoration, equalization and compression. My DAW is formed by Apple Mac Mini, Logic Pro 9 with many plugins (including the great Waves Restoration Bundle and Izotope RX), RME Fireface 800 external soundcard and Dynaudio BM5a Monitors.
