Post Video Production - Graphic Designer & Content Re-purposing

Our company is Virtual LifeStyle Changers and our target audience is educating people to help take them online and make an online income using the power of Video and repurposing that video. We're searching for a video reproducer/editor and content repurpose to help us bring our social media strategy to life. Please see the attached document for example of the flow chart of the repurposing. We are looking for a person or team to take a shot raw video and repurpose it. This job would suite POST VIDEO PRODUCTION & GRAPHIC DESIGNER • Execute all needed basic post-production tasks including video/audio editing, color grading, and color correction. • Quality control of all deliverables while maintaining excellent communication with project manager. • Archiving RAW and completed projects according to given standards. • Managing and working across multiple projects to reach assigned deadlines. • Brainstorming and pitching ideas. • Illustrate and present concepts/ideas by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval. • Work as part of a team with content writers, designers, executives, project managers etc. • Expected to learn new software. Our goal is get find a person for post video then re purposing these videos to all platforms. Deliverable's needed: Content Re-purposing – From taking raw video to re purpose them on all platforms INSTAGRAM, IGTV, INSTASTORY YOUTUBE, BLOGPOST, QUOTE CARD, FACEBOOK, TIKTOK, Facebook videos Instagram videos Video Transcriptions Instagram Quote Cards Facebook Quote Cards Instastory Swipe up campaigns Instastroy Quote Cards Facebook & Instagram Long Post Youtube channel video creation and advertising Blog post Good understanding and Use Trello or willing to learn this project management software Other skills needed for this project: - Advanced knowledge of {Sketch, Invision Studio, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or other software needed should be suggested by your organisation) • Basic experience with Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects). • Basic knowledge in animation / motion design. • Proven experience in editing (please provide portfolio) • Execute all needed basic post-production tasks including video/audio editing, color grading, and motion design. • Excellent command of English and an effective collaborator The Ideal Junior Editor & Videographer: • Innovation mentality and resourcefulness. • Ability to troubleshoot, manage and maintain work processes and procedures. • A fast learner who is excited to expand his/her skills. • Organised and able to work both independently and with a team. • Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent . • 1-2 years of design experience. • Proven graphic design experience (please provide portfolio). • Possess creative flair, originality, versatility and conceptual/visual ability. The Ideal Graphic Designer: • Think creatively and churning out mind-blowing creative designs. • Able to work independently or with a team and meet deadlines while delivering stunning designs. • Conceptualize rough drafts and present your ideas to the team. • Continuously communicate with clients/team & propose amendments and changes till the final design with full approval. • Someone who constantly strives to improve and explore new software's. This should be a simple task and easy job, if you have the skill set and past experience. This will be an ongoing position and growing every month so that you can grow your team also.
