Hello everyone! We are looking for skilled video editors to join our agency who are flexible with different editing styles and are serious about their craft. Here are some styles that we are looking for: Ali Abdaal style: [login to view URL] Natt Jongsala style: [login to view URL] Devin Jatho style: [login to view URL] Salary & Benefits: - Budget is $450-$750 for 30 short-form videos (1-3 minutes) depending on your skillset and the style of editing that you will do. This is project-based and payment will be through Wise transfer. - We will provide you with more editing projects so you have the potential to earn more as long as you are able to manage your tasks and deliver the BEST output on the deadline - Fully remote so you can work wherever you want and save money on commuting and other expenses - You are in control of your daily working schedule as long as you are able to submit videos on time - We don't use time tracking, but you are required to communicate with the team daily for the sake of the project - You will be coached if necessary in order to improve your video editing skills Requirements - Preferably someone who is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects - Flexible to different video editing styles - Must have no existing clients. - Knowledgeable in basic color correction and color grading - Knowledgeable on how to use keyframes to create custom motion graphics and animations - Knowledgeable on how to retain attention through video editing - Has a good eye for aesthetics - Takes initiative and is able to deliver videos within 24hrs - Communicates FAST and give daily reports about the project - Good internet connection and a strong computer that can handle 4k videos - Fluent in English - Willingness to learn/Coachable Please type "FLEXI" at the top of your proposal and include your answer to these questions: 1) What commitments do you have currently?
