Mainly I need a database prepared on access 2013 that contains all our team information and details. The breakdown as follows: * Login for certain number of users that can be modified in the future. * User login determines his/her privileges (Admin, Viewer, User). * User must be forwarded to his/her Tasks page which is set previously by Admin. * User must fill entries blanks that was set previously by Admin. * User is given a deadline for each Task. * Viewer can prepare all kinds of reports for the database with charts, can be able to print or transfer to any other file type and email from the db app. * Admin add records in the database and leaves some fields black. Then assign tasks to Users who will fill the blank fields. * The app must be able to print pre-prepared letters only change the title and date, then Print it or transfer it to other user to print and follow up.

I am very good in database structure creation as I can apply Dr Codd's rules of Normalization to make the database robust and query friendly. Also, it will be less space occupier and light on CPU use due to better data structures. It can be verified and also the suggestions can be incorporated.
