Desktop LCD Interface Demonstration

I'm looking a developer who can create an LCD user interface simulation. Primarily, this simulation is intended to be a product demonstration for a home heating appliance. In all there will be about 10 screens each with three or four active buttons and some text. The active button should implement a jump to another screen, eg return to higher level in the menu, or amend some value etc. There will be two phases - phase one will replicate an existing product. Phase two will be to make some amendments to the results of phase one. I am not an expert at all in this field and and am wanting something quite simple. The alternative would be a written document but that would not have the same feel as a demonstration on a screen. We would not get as good feedback from customers. All that is needed is a very rough visual simulation of a product LCD control panel that allows modes to be set, temperatures and times and so on. There is minimal functionality needed, for example if the temperature set is 20C a button for up (hiigher temp) and a button for down might be displayed. Pressing the down button might replace the 20C with 19C to illustrate temps being adjusted but would be all that is needed. You therefore could view the simulation as just a series of static images. There would be no real coding behind the images. I have no idea how best this might be done. It doesn't matter, provided it can be shared easily and gives a rough feel of the structure of the interface, ie what can be varied and how we move from one option to another. A website architecture might do it, other solutions might be much better. If you quote for 10 screens and three or four active buttons and some static text on each screen that would be sensible. If we do more screens we can pay pro-rata. Phase two, can be pro-rata based on the work needed. I can send the spec for the interface to selected freelancers, and/or to the nominated freelancer expert.
