I´m looking for an experienced Unity3d freelancer to develop a Windows application that will get some XML data from a server (tcp port) and create the objects specified in XML at runtime. Then receive some datagrams (udp port) and render and change the position of these objects created from XML.

I can say with complete confidence, I can make what you need, I'm very familiar with Unity, Networking and XML. I would be happy to help you with your goal, I understand TCP/UDP networking and sending xml information, my only question in regards to that is, why not json? Well either case I have ample experience and I can get this done for you, I would love to hear more if you have the time to reply and I can learn more about your project.

Hi, I worked a lot in TCP connections and USP connections in Unity 3D. We used these protocols to send / receive json data. I have all the code you want ready made. Only thing is to change it to parse xml data.
