Construct 3 + Unity multiplayer game developer for card games

I'm looking for a developer that knows Construct 3 and Unity, along with how to set up a multiplayer game. I currently have a simple multiplayer card game that I'm about ready to launch. I'm planning on creating many more. If I wasn't planning on creating more I'd stick with Construct 3. But Unity offers better flexibility and has a better community, so moving forward it would be better to have the game built in that. I'm open to your opinion and thoughts, your input would definitely be taken into consideration about how I should move forward with it, but that's what I'm thinking / leaning towards at the moment. So initially, the plan would be to launch what we have in its current form: This would include: 1. My Wordpress website (all the games will need to be playable from here) 2. iOS (iPhone & iPad) 3. Android 4. Most of the development is finished but we need to add payment methods for the Wordpress website version AND build an API for payments that can be used by our HTML5 games to buy items and in-game currency. This is just the first of many HTML 5 based games, so I need your help on-going with launching each new game. We will either build native apps for iOS & Android outside of the website for OR convert the website to one app using Cordova or similar tech. I'm not exactly sure which direction to go in so I would like to hear your recommendations. I would prefer building it native to take advantage of all the device's resources. Here are a few things to consider: 1. I want to be able to create content about the different card games on my Wordpress website. 2. I want to be able to run ads outside of the game, on my Wordpress website (like you see on a typical blog). 3. The game is free to play, we will include ads on the website. A minimum amount of ads are in the game itself but there will be a store, thus the need for in-app payments. Please rate yourself from 1-10 on the following (10=best): 1. Please understand that we're not generating any revenue at this point so my budget is limited (so please be considerate when bidding). I'm hoping to find someone where will (hopefully) continue working together on an on-going basis, so as we start to grow I'll be happy to increase your rate as revenue begins to grow. I would like to find a monthly amount that I pay you to work on helping me with getting this first up and running and then continue building out the rest on an ongoing basis.
