Transcription (Italian / English / Brazilian Portuguese)

Pactera (formerly HiSoft) is looking for transcribers for its Italian / English / Brazilian Portuguese Transcription Services team on a freelance basis according to project requirements. Job description - Download tasks from an on-line tool (provided by Pactera). - Listen to an Italian / English / Brazilian Portuguese recording. - Verify that the text represents the recording. - Insert tags when errors are found (background noise or additional voices). - Submit the task into an on-line tool (provided by Pactera). Requirements - Italian / English / Brazilian Portuguese native speaker. - Sufficient PC skills to perform the task. - Freelance Status. - PC or portable computer to perform the task. Skills and expectations - Able to meet required deadlines. - Attention to detail. - Technical skills (good typing and logging). - Preferential: Familiar with video games and anime. General knowledge of current movie releases and music bands and hits. Payment Payment is per task. Average paid per task is 7.1 U$ (there are 3 types of tasks paid at 6.40 U$, 9.5 U$ and 5.5 U$). The average number of tasks per day is 13.46. This is an average figure. The actual individual productivity can be lower or higher than these estimations. This is given as a guideline.
