***Qualified & lowest bid will be hired. Looking for a MODREN home décor and designer to decorate an open home concept. Qualified bidders need to show sample portfolio. A 3D interior home design with a modern home décor in mind that is implemented according to your décor design specifications which will include the positioning of all the items, materials, choices of color, floor, walls, ceiling, moldings, furniture, cabinets, stools, lighting, kitchen appliance, equipment etc. in every part or section of the home. You will create a simple 3D modern design model that is comfortable & pleasing to the eye with minimizing cost in mind. You will provide a detail description of every décor or items implemented or the materials you included in the design with full descriptions. You will provide a 3D animation & walkthrough video of all the items and furniture for every section of the Home including an areal plan view designs. I will provide you with the interior Home Architecture Blueprint. **I need this project to be done in 10-days time frame. **I need the SOURCE FILE - if I need to modify anything from my end in the future.
