Business Data Architect

I am looking for a business data architect and business analyst. I need this person to be able to review a proposed application and come up with the best solutions for the project. This could include wireframe, content, layout, etc. All project will me in RIA (rich internet application), that eventually will be developed into flash or silverlight based applications. The business data architect will have to design the data flow, database, the wireframe, etc for the project. This information will be given then to a infromation architect, who will design the color scheme, fonts, interactions, for better user experience, better usability, while kkeeping a great look for the application. This then will be give to a designer for implementation. I am only looking for people in the US. Please include your resume and previous work samples in the field.
