We need for someone to draft the K-1s and the partnership tax return for our limited liability company, which was formed in Texas (United States) in 2017. The LLC has two individuals as members -- one member holds all voting equity interest and the other member has only a profits interest. Thus, there would be two K-1s. The year 2017 was the first year of operation, so there are 100 or fewer book entries for transactions (including capital contributions, customer payments, expenses, distributions and expense reimbursements), so the partnership tax return should be simple other than this being the first tax return filed by this entity. Form 1065 is simpliest form and as you said there is fewer entries so it is easier so complete it within 7 days. Relevant Skills and Experience I am working with US CPA firm from last 4 years, and I have experience in form 1065 for LLC. Proposed Milestones $333 USD - Complete bookkeeping first and then prepare the tax return.
