Database to track employee performance based on hourly pick rates and scanning.

The Productivity Monitor will need to be accessible to all management and admin functional team members at any given time with multiple access levels. There will need to be data entry forms for each table and formulas that allow a more robust, automated workflow for scheduling employee hours on a weekly bases based on client’s weekly schedule. The more productive employees will of course receive more hours and there should be a training monitor for any “new hires”. The training monitor will assess the employees performance level and allow management feedback. As a team, we will decide to either move the trainee to a more prominent role or terminate his/her employment. An initial assessment will start at 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, and finally 6 weeks. Management will provide feedback based on employee performance to help the employee achieve predetermined goals. This database will also be used to generate invoices based on our pricing model for clinent. We should have the ability to scan any documents into the data entry screen to insure proper documentation at the time of delivery. Upon billing, a weekly invoice is generated that details the transactions made and documents scanned. All information is then send to the Corporate Controller via email using a SUBMIT button placed in the report. The Main Dashboard should not allow direct access to any tables. There should be a login screen for each employee. Should the Database Administrator log in he/she will have complete access to the tables to create and edit. Any other users will not be able to see or access any tables. There will be access limits placed on the database to limit access to each employee’s respective role. Both Managers and Database administrators will be allowed to reset user password, BUT, it may also be helpful to allow users to reset their passwords – up-in-the-air about this right now.
