U.S. Immigration Paralegal Specialist

The position is for a U.S. Immigration law paralegal for a law firm based in Los Angeles, California. We have predominantly Spanish speaking clients, and require someone fluent in both English and Spanish. Experience with U.S. Immigration paralegal work is preferred. Predominantly, the employed individual will be inputting client information into the following U.S. immigration forms from USCIS (U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services): I-130 I-130A I-485 I-360 N-400 I-864 G-325A G-28 I-765 In addition to building these forms, the employed individual will also be tasked with putting packets together and ensuring all necessary documents are in the packet in order and organized. In addition the employed individual may be tasked with obtaining declarations from clients and writing declarations for filings. The work will be project based, and so time zone coordination is largely unnecessary.
