Project Management of design & development of employee timesheet tracking software

Description Hello Freelancers and thank you for considering our project. We are seeking a Project Manager to Plan, Develop and Deliver a new business employee time/work tracking software package. The main components are: 1- Mobile App (supporting both iOS and Android platforms) (App will have about 20 different screens) 2- Web Application (with similar functionality as mobile app) 3- Administrator Dashboard (managing and monitoring clients subscribed to use the platform) Project involves GPS tracking and Mapping, offline-first mobile Apps and project will use SaaS model to provide service to subscribers and clients. The role is full time requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week with two performance milestones each week. Total project timeframe of 10-12 working weeks. There are substantial bonuses for delivering the project under time and budget. Upon the successful completion of the program the Project Manager may be invited to join the company as the software development manager for a long-term engagement. Successful candidates will be skilled in managing small/average size teams and project management phases and processes and project management methodologies with deep knowledge of software development lifecycle and previous experience in similar projects. The successful candidate will be required to; 1) Plan, blueprint & create a detailed construction program, 2) Recruit & appoint and coordinate a team of skilled software developers to complete various components within allocated timeframes and budgets, 3) Monitor and oversee the development of various components maintaining coding industry standards, 4) Bring together and complete the overall development of the software package, 5) Implement and complete program testing phase Preferred tech stack for development of this project consists of: React Native, React JS, Loopback, Express and Google Map therefore previous experience in managing projects with similar tech stack, specially SaaS model is a bonus.
