When you say you have difficulties, do you mean you already know how it's done but are facing errors? In this case you're better off asking Incredimail's support. If however you are unsure of how the transfer procedure itself is done then I can be of help. Something important I need to know is what means do you have to transfer files between the two PCs? Is it a flash drive, a network drive or some other mean? Because this will affect the time this will require overall (i.e. file transfer speed and whether your presence is required or not) especially since you're expecting this to be done remotely.

Working in IT for more than 20 years with Multnational Companies, can do that task on time if the computers (old/new) are fast enough to get your job done on time.

I've done this on a few other mail clients and tested this on this mail client and am able to do it easily
