usb over eithernet / wifi bridge

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. i am after software for programming industrial equipment there is occasions i cant cannot have a hard wire connection to the device I’m programming, so wireless connection is required, so the client computer will send the data over Ethernet to the host computer and the host computer will communicate directly to the device it is being connect to.   Data types to be transferred Ethernet Data Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, Modbus RTU, is the most used, so a simple bridge connection between the WIFI and hardwire output Straight USB/ micro USB from the host computer to the component being programmed so you need to send USB over WIFI ( Making the USB device visible on the client computer is required) Serial connection I connect a USB to serial converter cable to these devise so being able to adjust the comport in the device manager is required.     On the client computer I would like a simple program to be able to configure the hoist computer, EG change the IP address and subnet and gateway for ethernet, the ability to PING IP address from the hoist computer, Show connection of a device for USB connected devices and select between communication protocols if required.   Because the software I use sometimes has drives install to be able to communicate the device does the driver have to be install on the host computer as well or because we are basically creating a bridge between ethernet and the USB the driver can remain on the client computer.   Any questions please let me know
