Hi dear, I will provide you a software based exactly to provide multiple dynamic UI screens scoreboard overlay which you will be able to use for broadcasting. It will output NDI IP video compression . There will be multiple dynamic interfaces for different sports so that you can change on whatever aspect you set.. it will be 4K. I have developed different GUI's using C/C++/C# and java. I will complete the project in minimum time plus i will be a long term developer for different GUI's if you need more in future.
