It would be nice if you send me the original Arduíno code and the esp8266 adaptation. even if you choose not to write me back or hire me, here is a pro tip. Arduínos and esp's have both different clocks, keep an eye on the time based functions and avoid using libraries in adaptations. Good luck with your project

Hello Are you sure the code is not giving you errors because of error masking ? I mean you say it works , but some time it doesn't .. could it be that the server that ESP8266 is checking is giving you faulty results or error codes and you didn't handle that in ESP ? Regards

Hi , While the task might be simple the real problem is somewhere in the code ( yours of arduino core), so i can't give you a proper solution untill i read the code. About the days, 5 days might not be fast but debugging code is always a hard task, specially on arduino where the core itself might be the problem.
