Cloud retail and wholesale system

Basically to develop a cloud based retail/inventory application : Core Features : Purchasing section : 1) Creating purchase order to manufacturer ( data pull from existing inventory ) 2) Creating pro forma invoice based on items confirmed shipped by manufacturer to be provisioned into the system once it arrives 3) Internal transfer among outlets/branches 4) Create/edit and del currencies to correspondence Inventory section : 1) Listing of items thru out all outlets ( unified viewing but only active logged in outlets for editing features ) 2) Stock listing of all current balance stock thru out the whole logged in store 3) Stock take feature to do adjustments to stocks in case of any variance ( with security controlled access and reason ) 4) Item activity report for all movements on products since day one when they were first provisioned into the system Retail section ( point of sales ) : 1) Invoicing feature for invoicing credit terms clients 2) Delivery order feature for customers to sign before invoicing 3) Sales order feature cos products that are put on booking with deposit paid 4) Cash bills for cash and carry transactions 5) Daily sales summary for breakdown of each staff's sales for the day with time range selection for a specific time of the day report System setup : 1) Create/edit and del staffs 2) Create/edit and del customers 3) Privilege settings or grouping for customers 4) Create/edit and del outlets 5) Create/edit and del suppliers/manufacturers 6) User permission for all the features across the application Reports : There's quite a bit of reports that is needed but all of it will be related to the data which is already input like transactions and such Financial features : 1) Create/edit and del petty cash 2) Create/edit and del recurring or one time expenses 3) Debtors listing 4) Creditors listing
