To develop a very complete and Comprehensive Tablet Application - repost

We are looking for a contractor to begin work later in January. We are a very small and new start up company developing a hardware system for sports teams. The entire system has a host of complex parts; from the hardware components to another PC/base station running our own back end software. However we are hoping to develop a tablet app that communicates with this base station PC that captures the data from the other pieces of hardware. We want that tablet app to capture and present the data being sent to it from the other PC/basestation, with also some remote control of the base station. Although most of the computer work will be done by our base station PC, the tablet front end app will be the primary communication interface to the whole system. We are currently designing the User Interface and User Experience of the app along with the design brief and requirements, ready for January. We are looking to outsource this area of the product, allowing us to focus on the hardware and main back end software. The developer will have to be British based as we are, for trust and security reasons along with the conditions of our seed fund backer (for invoice reasons). So none outside of UK should apply.
