Paid ad specialist to run ads for SMMA

Hi, I'm Nonku. I am currently running a social media marketing agency that helps med spas, plastic surgeons and laser tattoo removal acquire more qualified leads using Google, Facebook and Instagram/TikTok ads. I am currently the only one on the team. I am looking for a contractor to set up and manage the ads for the clients. It is essential that you have some sort of experience running ads for the medical aesthetics niche. The agency is not yet established because it is a startup, but I have systems in place that put us 90% ahead of most agencies. I want someone who will handle the service delivery while I focus on getting clients and handling other aspects of the agency. You will be managing all aspects of the ad campaigns. We send our clients weekly performance reports and this will be a requirement of our contract. You will be asked to join client meetings to get an idea of what the client is looking for or discuss the progress of their campaigns with them. You, as the marketing expert, will be expected to know your way about analytics and being able to know where to improve. Our main objective is to provide exceptional results and have clear communication between us and the client. I am looking to be able to guarantee 25 new leads per month for clients. You must be fluent in English with a subtle accent, if any. You will be required to provide case studies with excellent ROAS. These case studies will be used to close more clients and for social media content. You should be able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication with clients.
