deCaptcher in ASP.Net

I need a deCapcher in ASP.Net (Preferably VB.Net) to handly allmost all type of Captchas. I am developing an Web Application which will also require captcha bypassing. For this purpose I need a script which I latter integrate in my application. The Script should have the following interface. 1. A function which tacks Captcha Image path. 2. A function to give result of the Captcha Image. 3. A function to enable the user to inform the system if it result the Captcha incorrectly. 4. Also maintain an Access/SQL Database to store the information of Incorrect Captchas so that we can correct the Captcha mannally in the Database. It is useful if the same captcha comes again will be correctly decode from the Database. 5. The Script should be smart enough and should give at lease 95% correct result. Thanks
